AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT

Your child can be enriched and entertained after school by getting involved in one of many programs offered by Alphonsus Academy.
The programs do not require parental attendance and are conveniently located on our campus.

AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
  • AACA After School Enrichment:  A variety of groups meet after school for special interest activities like private music lessons, robotics, art club and more!
  • Smarty Party: A third-party company that facilitates a variety of activities in 6-8 week intervals throughout the year. Activities range from arts, athletics, and fun activities. All of these activities are located on school grounds.
  • Enrichment: Through Northwestern University, we have students in grades 3-5 participating in an online curriculum for children who are working at an accelerated pace in math and who benefit from additional challenges.
  • Learning Assistance: In addition to our learning specialists, we offer a number of after-school programs for students that need additional guidance:
    • Title I (reading and math remediation)
    • Homework Club (2 days/week for 30 minutes)
    • Tutoring—select teachers are available after school for individual tutoring.

This program was designed as a service for the working parents and follows the same schedule as our school calendar.
